Vasst Celluloid or Ultimate S problem

Using Vegas Pro 10 (11 never worked right for me) The problem I have is that neither Celluloid nor Ultimate S show the Reelpacks I bought, other than what comes installed with it. Any suggestions?

If you don't find a solution on the Forum, email ultimatesupport@vasst.com. They are pretty speedy about getting back to their customers.
