Which VASST scripts do you need help with? They all come with installers unless it is a random script that we offered a long time ago in which case follow this tutorial:

You are right. I went back and read the readme file and found out I was looking for the plugins in the wrong place. Instead of looking at view/extension. I was looking at tool/extension.

Yea that gets everyone. There is also an Edit | Extensions menu option as well. Very confusing. Neither Tools nor Edit extension allows a GUI interface which is why any extension with a GUI must be under View | Extensions.
