"If I burn a VCD and want to play it on a computer, will it be autorun?"
No. VCD/SVCD/DVD all require a specialized software player, and as this can be set to run whenever one of these disks is inserted, really isn't that much need.
You can create an autorun.inf file that opens media player & tells it to play the video. For instructions re: VCD's go here: http://www.dvdrhelp.com/autorun.htm
Note one prob is you won't know which software is installed on your viewer's PC or if it's installed, and it's best to use their player rather then the default media player included with windows - they will have to have player software &/or codecs installed.
You might be able to get one of the freeware autorun programs to work, see digital-digest.com, ideally checking the PC to make sure it can play your VCD, maybe going so far as to offer software installation. Prob there is that a lot of these apps are designed for DiVX so it may be a bit of work, & you will have to include a freeware player that will work with your VCD.
Also some DVD (VCD capable) authoring apps from Spruce, Sonic etc. allow you to include a version of the WinDVD player on your CD or DVD that doesn't require installation.
