veg to avi frame rate difference

I am very very new to VV. In fact I just started using it today for a project. I saved my work as a VEG file after adding each event, then after each minute passed, I rendered it as an AVI file. However, my audio didn't match up with my video in the AVI when I played it on Windows Media Player. It was fine when I played it in VV as a VEG. How should I troubleshoot this?

first, a veg file is only a project file. It contains no audio or video, it's like a web document that links to pictures, sound, and text. But the page itself contains nothing.
What kind of avi did you render it as? Uncompressed? NTSC? custom size? If you'd like to email me a veg, I'd be happy to look at it.
