Vega and WINXP

I just got Vega 2.0 and when I try to load the updates it says it cant find DX 8
Well XP has it isntalled what should I do??

do I need to get the audio or is it both??

Also

when i run it now I get this error

The procedure entry point _SFPlugin_Rname@12 culd not be located in the dynamic link library vegask.dll
