Vegas 10 and Raylight

I only edit Raylight AVIs, which Vegas 10 doesn't seem to have any problems with, and seems to still smart render as well still.

However, I had my HVX plugged in, and tried to preview some files before converting, and 10 will not play them. Nothing, doesn't even crash when you put them on the timeline, just ignores them. Vegas 8, same machine, same time, same files, same camera: no problem.

It appears there is something wrong with 10 and codecs like Raylight and Cineform. I know other people are having problems with 10 and cineform rendering, as I am. I'm wondering what could have changed in Vegas to make these things not work?

Just tried this with my HPX300 and Vegas 10.0c and Raylight files play fine in the trimmer and on the timeline directly from the P2 Cards in the camera - only tested DVCProHD. I don't use Cineform though.

Are you using Raylight 1.2.3c?

Hopefully Raylight 1.3 will show up soon so I can actually use Vegas 10.
