Generally if you right-mouse-button click on it and go into properties there's an option to change the icon (how this is done varies with different Windows versions, but it's usually obvious). Use the browse function and find the Vegas100.exe file. When you select it you should see all the icons offered by Sony with the file. Choose the one you like.
