I have tried to download it a couple of times and at my last attempt but on satelite internet I get stopped and does not finish my download to the zip. I have contacted Sony but they will not reply. (NICE SERVICE) I can not find a way to get the whole file that I am suppose to get. When I try to open mine, I don't even get the file listings. Any help would be appreciated here as well.

I appear to have gotten a complete and successful download. Mine contained these top level folders: 3DFootage, ClosedCaptions, DeviceExplorer, Multicam, RED, TrackGroups, TrainingForComputerViewing. It also has these two files: drumbeat.wav and NiceLanding.veg

All together it's 68 files in 14 folders, 2.86GB (3,071,662,303 bytes)

The .zip file itself is 2.64GB (2,843,087,563 bytes), checksum information:
File: vegasseminarseries10.zip
CRC-32: 900e2c84

I rebooted, tried again and it downloaded correctly. I get the same results as you do.

Thanks again!

I wish I was as lucky. I use a download manager and still setting at 95%. It tries to connect and the sony site will not allow. Being I am on satelite I am regulated by the FAP limits. Has anyone ever gotten a response back from Sony to get a copy sent by disk and I have even said I will pay for the disk. I have no way of downloading this file due to size and I am at my last attempt count on the Sony site. I have tried downloading from my office as well but it will not download. Any one have suggestions to get my copy from Sony since they will not reply back to my requests?

I had the similar problem. I tried Google chrome, IE and apple safari. No luck. then I called Sony. they asked me to use the download software 'flash get'. with the flash get, i was not able to download. Called Sony again. Now they working with their IT folks to create separate folders and going to give me the links.

Silby,
I appreciate the info. Please post your resolution. I have e-mailed Sony and they do not respond. I have not tried calling. I was hoping to see a response here as I know others have also had the same problem. Mine is aggrevated because I have to use Satelite internet where I am. I just wish they would offer a disk and I would pay the $10 just like they do the download versus packaged option. Geez, why make it so hard Sony? Thanks again and good luck for us all.
