Vegas 10 won't load

I have Vegas 10 64 bit loaded on mey desktop and it works fine. I have loaded the 32 bit version on my laptop but when I double click the icon it looks like it's going to load but then nothing. I've even tried loading it from the EXE file with the same result. Sony has been no help at all so I'm hoping someone out there can provide a solution. I'm running Windows 7 Enterprise on my laptop with 3 gb of RAM.

First thing to do is do a complete uninstall of Vegas 10.0e and then do a clean reinstall. There are some threads on this forum about how to do a complete uninstall. If that doesn't work I'm a bit baffled by this one. Don't go near Vegas 11 yet. Too many glitches to be sorted first!

Thanks this really frustrating. I love the program but it isn't much use to me if I can't get it to load on my laptop.
