Vegas 11 32 bit - does it work?

I gave up on Vegas 11 64 bit after a couple of days but never did try the 32 bit version. Will it work on a low end Vista 32 bit machine with 2 gigs of RAM and a 100$ video card? I was thinking of signing the license over to my nephew, hence my question.

I use the 32 bit version of 11 on a Windows 7 Pentium 4 and a Core 2 Duo machine. Slow, but it works.

The Vegas 11 32 bit version is my daily workhorse on Win 7 64 bit.
It works super stable. Very - if I keep my fingers from playing with the "Memory needed by Vegas" that is :- )

Saw a post here some days ago where another user used Vegas successfully on a machine with only 2 GB too.

yes worked fine in my 2GB system, video only had 320MB on the card.

since then, I discovered that my motherboard that was RATED for only 2GB can actually handle 4GB so I upgraded mem
