Vegas 11 MPEG2 compatible with Adobe Media Encoder

MEG2 files created by my vegas 11 seem to be crashing my Adobe Media Encoder, CS4. I've tried it on three different computers that have media encoder installed, they all hit the same problem. Anyone else seeing this? Any solution?

No and unlikely to. mpeg-2 is not a good codec to use for media interchange.

Try using a 3rd party codec that'll be used by both systems such as Avid's DNxHD or Cineform.
