Vegas 12 Pro build 670 and the Leaping Audio

I've been using 670 for a few days now, and have found that every 15-30 minutes of editing, I'll hit play and the wrong portion of the audio track will play back, as if it's leaping ahead a few seconds in the audio file.

A restart of Vegas solves it, but only for about 15-30 more minutes. I definitely didn't have this problem in build 563

Has anyone else seen this?

Thank you, but I do have the Microsoft Sound Mapper armed. I never experienced this in 10, 11, or any previous builds of 12, so I assume it's something that changed in build 670.
