vegas 12 - thumbs up or tthumbs down?

With all the lesss tthan stellar comments about Vegas Pro 11, I decided to pass on upgrading to it from vp10. I'm interested in 12 though. What's the concensus? Is it worth it to upgrade?

Absolutely. Much more stable, faster (with GPU).

I have completed several paid jobs with it already, and it runs well on my system (i7-3770k with EGVA GTX 660ti, Win 7 Pro, 16 GB RAM).

Rendering to WMV I have to turn off the GPU, it still renders at real time speed. Rendering to MP4 I can use the GPU and it really runs fast.

12 seems better than 11 to me. smoother, faster, less fails. I have it, and wish to jump in full.

But, I still use 11 because the 32bit plugins I own don't work in 12, and I didn't know they would not before purchase. Never occured to me to even worry about that, so I skipped testing that when I demoed it.
There are no 64 bit versions for these plugins I have.

I'm not longer bugged by that, just letting others know. :)
