I'm editing a video and had to green screen a little bit of animation, the color didn't end up fitting the background as much so I used overlay on the track.

The problem is, everything on the screen gets overlaid, even the parts with no animation or outside the original animation soucr (since I resized it).

How can I apply the overlay only to the "active" part of the green screen?
