Vegas 13 stalls on launch

Tried to open Vegas 13 stalls on Creating file I/O manager. Rebooted. same thing

v12 opens OK

I've experienced the same thing. Try pressing CTRL-SHIFT when starting Vegas. It resets the settings and has worked for me in the past.
