I've been trying to find how to deactivate the product on one of my devices as I've had to do a clean install of Windows 10. I've tried going to my account and deactivating it as suggested, however I cannot see "My Products" in the options menu at all. I only see the image attached below. There is no "My Products" option. I would appreciate the help.

But anyway the lack of "My Products" may be because your product was registered to a different email address?
Also what happens when you try to activate. If you get an error message what is it?
You will probably need to contact Vegas Support via the Support link in the header of this forum. It would be helpful if you included your VMS14 serial number and/or the original purchase order number for that product.
The exception would be if you purchased VMS14 from Steam because Steam operates their own licencing system which does not involve needing to have a Vegas serial number.
