Ever since I got vegas, I've had a problem where my projects will delete for no reason. Once I start a video project and save it (not render it), I will be able to go back to it just fine, but if I leave the project untouched for a few days (usually 1-3) it will suddenly tell me that the file is not found even though I never moved it or changed the name. Searching for it doesn't work either. Going into my file explorer and clicking on it doesn't work. As of today, the problem has increased. Now, if I close sony vegas at all, the project instantly is "not found" meaning that I would need to keep my Vegas software open at all times in order to finish a video project and pray to god that it doesn't crash (which we all know happens very often).
I make very detailed and painstakingly long videos so having this happen makes Vegas almost unusable for me now. I've tried doing research into this but not many other people are having the same problem, and even when they do, they never get a solution. Help would be much appreciated. Thanks!
