Vegas 17 crash upon impact.....

Just downloaded the new Vegas 17

installed added the serial # and registered the software.

It started running

Logo screen comes up.

Gets to creating video plug-in factory and crashes

Any help appreciated!

Thanks frosty, seems I had to re-install Boris, and it started after that.
