Vegas 19 and Vegas 20 don't start when i'm online

Since a few months Vegas 19 AND Vegas 20 doesn't start when I'm connected to the internet.

I can see it start, with the vegas pro pop up screen, but somewhere in startup procedure, it crashes and cannot start.

When I disconnect to the internet it works.

It's irritating me because I always have to disconnect and therefore he cannot check if there are updates.

I'm now working in Sony Vegas 20.0 (version 214)

Someone has got a solution? Thank you!

Sony VEGAS 20.0 doesn't exist. Sony sold VEGAS nearly 7 years ago.

Solution, become a registered/legal user of Vegaspro and you will be informed when there^re crucial updates.

@fr0sty I'm very sorry... i still call it sony vegas. I will never do it again :D

@3POINT I'm a registered user.... I have a login and i bought a license. That's not enough?

Often pirates call it Sony and use early builds of the program as they can't get updates, so you can see the reason for thinking that.

despite having an Vegas Pro 19 651 installed it keeps chrashing when I try to start it.
I've tryed with and without any network interface activated...
I've tryed to uninstall -reinstall, to clear caches, to reset settings... nothing work...
I'm on fully upgraded windows 10; latest nvidia drivers...

I can see the beautifull advertisement poping, but not having time to do anything before it's chash:

Found the solution :
* uninstalling ALL Vegas software,
* making manual cleanup (delete any VEGAS, VEGAS PRO and VEGAS PRO 19.0 folders),
- in "my documents"
- in "roaming", "local" and "locallow" appdata folders.
- in "C:\ProgramData"
* reinstall the package...
