I had to reformat a laptop running VP13. Everything's great except the Vegas2Handbrake script gets caught in the infamous 3-2-1 loop. It was previously installed and worked royally!

I've:

1 Followed the installation instructions (over and over) to no avail.
2. Replaced the "start_vegas2handbrake.bat" with the alternate version.
3. Checked/repaired Net Framework 4.x.x.
4. Read every post I can find.

What am I missing? Help!
