Vegas 20 and Waves VST Audio plugins

Im currently using Vegas 19. Waves VST Plugins can be used but not in real time. They cause playback to be out of sync however I can still render out with Waves plugins and the final video is fine. Today I trialled Vegas 20 as I learnt it includes a new VST engine. Unfortunately now Waves VST plugins cause V20 to crash. Bit dissapointing. Waves plugins are great. They are not overly expensive and they work great in other programs. I'd assume it would not be unusual for them to be used in video production. Baed on this Im not going to purchase Vegas V20 as I would be going backwards. Hopefully this issue can be fixed in a future version of Vegas.

Thanks for the report. Could you specify which Waves plugins you tested VP 20.403 with?

Hi Roger. I tried it with Waves L1 Ultramaximiser Limiter

I tried it with my only Waves plugin, Clarity (64-bit VST2). It's laggy on my laptop but seems to work and no crash on playback or render (did MagixAVC with NVENC).
