Vegas 21 build 314 Stuck on opening

"Encountering an issue with Vegas 21 build 314 – always stuck during the opening process." tooo much time to load and open software. what are the possible reasons for that? my pc specs are high.

and too much "Not Responding" messages in the newest update. the first version was very smooth now its not.

Is it having trouble with one or more of your audio Fx (VSTs?) The first screenshot shows this scan. After it does it once it should load faster though.

@RogerS how can check that regarding the VST's? or remove that files which is making load slower?

I'm rending a video to mp3 files duration 30 seconds in the 2nd screenshot.. also lags and do it slow
