Vegas 23.0 in French

I have two “modern” computers:

11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-11800H @ 2.30GHz, 65,259 MB RAM

Intel(R) Core(TM) Ultra 9 285H, 65,083 MB RAM

The first one accepts the installation of Vegas 20.0 and 23.0 in FRENCH.
The second one does NOT!
I have to install the English version…
Yet it is the same installer!
Why?

I am pretty sure that both V22 and V23 will not start if the French language is chosen on install. You need to use English. No fix for this is available right now I believe.

(Intel 3rd gen i5@4.1GHz, 32GB RAM, SSD, 1080Ti GPU, Windows 10) Not now used with Vegas.

That's interesting that it works for one system but not the other; the developers have struggled to figure out why it only works on some systems. I'd suggest contacting support to see if they can work with you to narrow down the cause.
