Vegas 23 Pro freezing on startup

Send error messages multiple time.

Program freezes on startup. NO RESPONSE from Vegas support. VERY disappointed in this customer service.

Keep getting ads poping up startup then get error message with debug info. Windows 11 pro latest update.
