Hope someone can help me here! I’ve been editing and tweaking an audio mix (about 16 tracks, minimal plug ins) in Vegas 3.0a. I started getting an error message about 2.5 min into the song which resulting in Vegas crashing (after I clicked OK on the message). I thought it might be related to a new track I’d imported but after loading some other sessions (songs) I find its happening in all of them. This has occurred before but very rarely and seemed to be fixed after a reboot but not this time. One wierd thing is that the song continues playing after the error message appears?!
My system has been running really strong recently and I haven’t added anything or changed anything. Its a dedicated DAW with no unnecessary apps. Everything was working fine this morning. I took a break (I shut everything down because of an approaching thunderstorm) and when I fired up again 3 hrs later, this problem started. (BTW, the storm never made it here and I’ve got excellent surge protection so that's not a factor).
Thanks for your help!
