vegas 4.0/mpeg2 ???

Do i have to buy other software to encode my Vegas projects in mpeg2? It seems that mpeg is my only option right now.

Just select the "mpeg-2" filetype when rendering. You need to register it to use it though. The reg window pops up when you use it the first time.
