Vegas 4.0e Change Lenght and Pitch problem

When I do Change Length and Pitch -12 cents
Vegas makes it -10 and not -12 ????

Is there a Vegas version just for Audio
whit al de audio functions as in Vegas 4 (like Fx automation etc)

and a few samplers an vst instruments
like in Fruity & Orion will be nice bonus for Vegas ;-)

You probably have quatization enabled and vegas is moving the event to the closest quantization grid, which happens to be -10 and not -12.
