Vegas 4 encode to DivX & XviD

Hi all,

new to the forum and new to Vegas 4. Although not new to advanced video editing. What a great piece of SW!!!

Anyway, on to it! Can Vegas 4 encode to DivX 5 and XviD? If so, can someone point me in the right direction, either with how to load the codec or a resource I could use.

I am pretty sure it can render to Divx as long as you have the codec installed on your system. Just select Render to, then under the file type choose AVI and then under the template it should give you the Divx option. Not sure if it applies to Divx 5 or Xvid though.
