vegas 4 rendering to 3G mobile phones

Hi everyone,
I'm having a bit of a dilemma.
I'm wanting to render small MPEG-4 clips to use on cell phones.

I've had limited success uploading mpeg4 to my Sony Ericsson Z1010 phone on the " 3 " network in Sydney and currently can only play video with no sound.

I've been using QuickTime codec’s as this is what the inbuilt cell phone camera produces....but they don't want to communicate with each other....

If anyone using these sort of phones on the " 3 " network in Sydney & has any info on settings or plug ins for the best performance clips please drop me a line, I really appreciate an info or directions.

Thanks

I'd suggest this is a job for Nero Recode. Your cell should be able to read that, or at least my Motorola can. www.nerodigital.com

some good ones (nero doesnt make industry standard 3gp files - but some phones will play, but many issues with some systems are reported):

3GP Converter works really well

Nokia Multimedia Encoder (free from the Nokia Developer site, not sure of quality - but cant beat the price)

Xilisoft 3GP - excellent for this, real good quality and lots of features ..

QT Pro - quality 'bad' for 3gp

SmartMovie http://www.lonelycatgames.com/ (very international interface)

mpegable X4 live (supposed to be excellent quality, hasnt been updated in a few months) http://www.mpegable.com/showPage.php?SITE=mpegable&PAGE=mpegablex4

canopus procoder also ... if you have it .. hasnt been updated in awhile so may have some issues with some phones . quality is excelent though ..
