Vegas 4 Sound causes drop frames during NTSC capture in win 98.
Sound is garbled during preview and causes video to drop 80 to 90 frames always at begining of capture. When I play back picture and sound are sporadic for 8 seconds b ut then smooth out. How can this be fixed.
Doesn't happen in XP. On ly 98.
Runmnin g 768 mb memory with Pentium 4 2GHZ
on a Dell Inspirion 8200.
