Vegas 5 & Net1.1...? HELP!

My editing computer is not connected to the Internet. It runs Windows XP Pro, and now I need Net1.1. However, on MS's download page it states: "Important: Make sure you have the latest service pack and critical updates for the version of Windows that you are running. To find recent security updates, visit Windows Update."

How might I accomplish this without an Internet connection?

The "latest service pack and critical updates" aren't an absolute requirement - more a suggestion.
