Vegas 5 - Pan and Crop - Where are the arrows?

Vegas 4 could animate jpeg files. I used to open stills (any jpeg file) and tru pan and crop, I could drag the "f picture" to simulate some camera movement. All I had to do was to set a final keyframe within the pan and crop screen and also set the final "camera position" moving the "f picture". At that point, an arrow, a bit blue/red could be spotted, showing the path the animation would go. That was great to show us the exact path the "camera" would make. Now, this seems impossible to do with Vegas 5. I mean, same animation is possible, everything's great as always - BUT WHERE IS THE BLUE/RED ARROW????? I can't believe you guys took it away......It is a must. Please put it back or if I'm mistaken, how can I make that blue/red arrow appear once more?
Thanks in advance

You can still do this. But you're right, the arrows are gone. Path indicators were nice, but apparently due to the masking feature, they had to go. It was brought up a lot during beta.

What??? The arrows had to go? I insist, those path indicators are a must. Please SONY, put them back. They ARE a must. I'll say it again: those path indicators ARE a must. When a team is winning, the coach should never change anything. :)

A lot of stuff is missing from the pan/crop and track motion dialogs. I wish this will eventually be adressed...

I do agree with you......Please, SONY, put the arrows back. It's such an important tool to show the path the "camera animation/movement" will take. Please, put this feature back!

One more thing: choosing YES or No for <Maintain Aspect Ratio> or <Stretch to Fill Frame> or whatever function/feature IS much more tedious and boring than just checking out boxes. Please, take those premiere looking YES or NO out of Vegas and put those boxes back. What makes Vegas attractive is its professional performance and at the same time its easy-to-use style!

C'mon folks from SONY! Please consider my modest opinion. When a team is wining a coach should never change anything!

Not only do they need to put the arrows back they need to allow the arrow keys to nudge the box.

An easy fix for the arrows is have them dissapear when you click the box to add a bezier mask.
