Vegas 6 and Ultimate S 1.2.0 Transition Prob

I suspect this is a PUE (probable user error) since it has been a while since I've done a photo montage. I can't get Ultimate S to create any transitions when it places my photos on the timeline. Everything else seems to work fine. I can align the photos with markers, zoom and pan, etc., but all of my events are edge aligned rather than overlapped. I have varied the transition length from 1-4 seconds, and have tried all the stock presets and "none". I have tried all this with both 6b and 6d. It DOES work perfectly on the same computer with my still installed Vegas 5. Please note I am using Ultimate S 1.2.0, not 2.0.

So, which of these is my problem:
1. User error; if so please tell me what to try - perhaps it is a setting difference between Vegas 5 and 6?
2. Incompatability between Ultimate S 1.2.0 and Vegas 6b or later? Perhaps, but I don't see anything in any of the forums.
3. Something else I have installed has broken Ultimate S?

Thanks,
Jerry

The problem was apparently related to initially creating this project in Vegas 6.0b. The project time code was hosed. I created a new project in 6.0d and copied my media over, then used Ultimate S to bring my timeline markers over (thankyou Ultimate S). Works a treat now.

Glad you found it. We will add this to the list of things to ask when people encounter this problem. Thanks for reporting back.
