Vegas 6d & Vaio RC210G BSOD

After installing all of the updates and .net updates on my new Vaio I installed vegas 6b and on launch the splash screen comes up for a minute then BSOD message comes up for a millisecond and then a spontaneous reboot back to windows with no resulting "system has recovered..." error message. Like nothing ever happened.

I then installed the latest ATI Radeon drivers, which remedied my problem of getting the card to display the correct 1366x768 native res of my monitor, but did not fix the Vegas BSOD.

Any ideas?

First.....Upgrade to 6d.

I meant I had 6.0 D build 210 the latest one available for download

Bruce I meant to mention this to you earlier in the PM, try uninstalling Vegas (plus deleting the left over folder) and doing a fresh install. Maybe you got a bad install.
