I installed Vegas 8.0a on my Windows XP SP2 machine and it crashes during startup..... In fact, it makes my XP machine reboot. The crash occurs near the end of the startup. I've reinstalled it (along with DotNet3.0) again and the same thing happens.

Ironically, Vegas 8.0a seems to work fine on my Vista Ultimate machine.

Any ideas on how I can locate the problem?
