I reinstalled Windows recently, and after trying to reinstall Vegas Pro 9.0 on it, I can't use it because it crashes all the time. I can replicate it every time if I import media, and then click within the Project Media tab when "All Media" is highlighted. I've tried multiple reinstalls and reboots, and the issue persists.

I'm on 9.0e (Build 1146) 64-bit
