Vegas 9 Platinum included sounds

How do you insert the sound effects and soundtracks that come with Vegas 9 platinum into a project? Are they just files that were saved somewhere during installation, or is there a program feature for them or something?

They are in a folder on the installation disc. Copy them wherever you want to put them on your hard drive. After that, insert them into your project the same way you would any other media files.

I downloaded my Vegas MS and don't have an installation disk. Does that mean there's no way for me to get the same sound effects & audio streams?

They're available to download customers. However, i believe the only way is to pay $15 for shipping charges for the installation disc. Contact customer support and ask.
