vegas acid metronome

is it off from the real world a bit? i have a tama rhythm watch and also a software metronome called metrosonus that i use to record a click track for my HD24 harddisk recorder. whenever i import those files in to vegas the vegas ruler does not line up with the metronome. i pull the metronome track up in acid to beatmap it and if the original tempo was say, 95bpm, it beatmaps it at 94.960. it is consistant like that, it is always .04 bpm off. has anyone else noticed this?

Just curious: does your rhythm watch and metrosonus match exactly?

Thanks,

more fun:

My system is clocked HARD with a lucid genx 6 yet vegas' metronome is off of its own grid a bit

Pipe:

Perhaps you've done this already, but try entering a subdivision of your tempo, or a different tempo entirely (click apply) then go back and enter the original and click apply. Is the grid still off when you do this? There's a known metronome bug with Vegas 5 and this ridiculous little workaround seems to fix it until I close Vegas. I have to do the above everytime I launch Vegas if I want the click to be at the correct project tempo and align with the grid.
