Vegas and SDI embedded?

Anybody tried the Blackmagic's Decklink to capture SDI embedded? I know the Decklink cards supports it, but the question is if Vegas does.If it works how many audiochannels does Vegas support?

That is sad to hear. The Decklink cards supports 8 audio channels. For me, I never use 8 but I would really need 4. I hope they are going to fix that soon!

Yes, having four channels of embedded SDI audio is almost kind of standard in our broadcast surrounding, especially when it is about stereo productions.

I think there's going to be more to be done than just capturing the 4 channels. Once you've got them into Vegas there'd better be some rock solid way to keep them locked together and all locked to the vision otherwise major mayhem could set in. We cannot even do that reliably with two channels of audio and vision at the moment.
