Vegas Video won't be at NAB Post+ in NYC, but Vegas will (Vegas "video" was discontinued at version 3.0). Yes, we'll be there. Are you flying in for the event? It'll be a lot of fun, we've got lots of sessions happening, and Victor Milt and Jeffrey Fisher will be there, along with John Rofrano, Mannie Frances, Rich Harrington, and myself. Download a PDF schedule for more info.
We'll also be found at DV Expo doing several seminars, plus we're on the HDV tour, with Dallas, Burbank, and Miami up next.

Good to hear you got the Flash component going, haven't tried this yet myself.

NAB is in Vegas. (April)
NAB Post Plus, formerly known as NAB East, is in NYC. (November)

Don't know why Help file or the 4 page long tutorial on the Macromedia site are so lacking in the basic steps. Several byable tutorilals are available thuogh .......
1. Import a mpeg to the Library in Flash MX2004 or later.
2. Right-click it here > Properties Export as .flv
Att: the file must contain Metadata!! If you aren't sure or don't kow how these guys have a free utility to do that. http://www.buraks.com/flvmdi/ (Took me two days to find this one)
3. Open Dreamweaver 8 > Insert Flash Video and you're good to go.

Let me know how good a Tutorial author I am, conversily what wasn't clear and above all if you got it working!

Vegas was not very prominent in that Program or on the NAB wesite. Also a bit pricey for me at this moment. I think my boss at TV4 would like some coverage of this event though so I might try to apply as PRESS - anyone have any experiance with the actual criteria they impliment for that?
