1. No polyphony- If I paste on event on top of another, I
can't get both events to play simultaneously. The newest
event takes priority, like a monophonic keyboard, and
silences the the first event. How do I get the events to
play polyphonically.
2. I don't need to see the left and right channels of my
audio tracks. One wave form is fine. How do I switch to
seeing just one big wave form instead of two small ones?
3. Is there a way to display the output bus peak meters
horizontally rather than vertically? This would optimize
the track view area. I don't need to see the media pool or
trimmer window. Being able to lay the peak meters down or
display them on the right side of the screen would be great.
Other than that, Vegas Audio is an excellent product and I
prefer using it over Cakewalk and Cubase. Everything seems
to be right where I need it with Vegas Audio. It is very
powerful yet not over complicated and doesn't seem to be
full of annoying bugs. One thing that Cakewalk has over
Vegas is the built-in audio editor. That is about it
though.
