Vegas Audio/WIN 2K/Delta 1010 - Where are we?

Hello all,
After months of trying, I finally got my Delta 1010 to work
with Windows 2000. Problem is, Vegas Audio only sees the
first 2 inputs. Apparently, this is a known problem? Any
idea when we'll see a fix? I don't want to go back to '98
(or ME) because NTFS is working REAL nice. 35 tracks, 20-
45% disk usage and NO SKIPPING! With 98 and ME, the meters
redline and the audio starts burping at around 25 tracks.

I feel WIN 2K will be the best option (for Vegas/Delta)
when we get to use all 10 inputs.

So, what's up S.F...what's the latest?

It just occured to me...could I dual boot my machine?
Could I use WIN 2k for digitizing multiple tracks, then use
WIN ME for Vegas Audio? Will ME let me write to a NTFS
drive? Maybe not...

It just occured to me that I'm able to read and write to my
NTFS drive over my 10/100 network with my WIN ME machine.
I guess the only question now is, do I need to load 2
versions of Vegas Audio on my machine, 1 for WIN ME and 1
for WIN 2k? I could easily re-partition my drive and use a
separate drive letter for each O.S. and APPS.

We may have something here...
