i am using vegas pro version can i use vegas audio?? it is copyright-free or not??

A substantial DAW is integrated into Vegas Pro. I prefer it to SloTools for most audio work, It does not have MIDI and internal side-chaining however. (Despite my repeated requests for side-chaining since the beta version).
The initial release of Vegas was published by Sonic Foundry in 1999 and was audio only. Vegas 3 had a video option as I recall.. but that was a l o n g, l o n g time ago.
