I was messing with the "preview in ram option" and then I had a major crash. I saw the details but the crash was so bad I couldn't copy it to a word pad document[my whole screen was white with just the icon showing and the error message]. Is it still saved on my system somewhere...if so then tell me where to get it so that I could send tech support my problems. Of course later I'll write back with a more detailed explanation of what happened. Thanks.
