vegas could not read download form HG10

I used vegas trial version and really like it. no probelm with download from HG10 cam to coputer and edit it. Recently, I bought vegas 9 and could not input media (download from HG10 cam). The download file is TS format. What is the problem ? I'm very disappointed and do not know the root cause.

Vegas 9 supports the HG10. You need to make sure you are using Vegas PLATINUM Edition v9.0b, and that you are loading the .m2ts files, not any .ts files in it.

When I transfer file form HG10 to my computer, the file does not have .m2ts . So how do I transfer file in the form .m2ts ? Please advise.

The .m2ts or .mts files are in one of the subfolders of your camera's memory. Just find them and drag n drop them.
