Looks like one of your plugins is causing the crash. To make sure, temporarily move the folder C:/Program Files/Common Files/OFX/Plugins/BCC_DFT into another folder, like your desktop or documents folder. If after moving the folder out (make sure you actually remove it, not just copy it) to another location, VEGAS is able to boot, that plugin may need to be re-installed using a newer build (not version, you should still be able to keep using the same version number of that plugin, but it may have been updated since to fix this incompatibility) to get it working again.
