Please note that none of the purchased (perpetual licensed) versions of Vegas Pro come with Text-to-Speech (and v-v) - only the 365 (subscription) based versions of Vegas Pro and Vegas Post come with that feature. Please see the Vegas Pro comparison webpage.

I bought the Vegas PRO upgrade thinking that had the speech-to-text, only to find the speech-to-text didn't work without the subscription too. What a rip-off! What a worthless hassle! Not happy.

Contact support / sales to refund the upgrade and switch to 365.
