VEGAS EDIT System Requirements

For basic editing (not heavy effects work), will a laptop with 16GB of memory, Intel® Core™ i7-1360P Processor, and Intel Iris Xe Graphics work (i.e. no Vegas Edit error messages)?

Thank you. I've seen that list, but am not savvy enough to interpret the specs as to how they apply to the specs I listed; hence the question.

Your laptop is well above the minimum specs for VEGAS so should work. I recommend the free trial as errors may also have to do with the media you are using.

I use an i7 1165G7 with 16 GB RAM and Intel Iris Xe Graphics with Vegas Pro. Works fine.

Thanks, Marco and Roger; very helpful. I've been using Vegas Pro for years (since the Sonic Foundry days - pre Sony) at home, and have been using Movie Studio at work for minor projects, but just "upgraded" the Movie Studio to Vegas Edit at work, where the editing will take place on a laptop.
