I have a cllip that is made up of several pieces of video that were recorded off air with rather good quality which I am using for a documentry. After editing and then playing the entire piece back within Vegas while it is on the time line, everything seems normal. However, after rendering using the NTSC DVD template, there is one part that is out of sync everytime it is renderd and NOT out of sync while previewing on the time line before rendering.

Only one part of the video appears to have this issue then later the video and audio are in sync again.

The out of sync condition happens at the same point each time I attempt to re-render the project. The video is a second or so ahead of the audio.

The off air recording was taken from a tuner on the video board and the sound was taking from a digital camcorder fed from another tuner. The reason I had to do this is because the audio from the video card tuner is distorted but the entire piece was edited this way and only during a part of the captured piece does the sync condition occur.

Can someone help me determine what is happening here.
