Vegas Hub not loading footage

I am trying to use Vegas hub, I logged in. I try to drag footage from the hub library, onto the timeline, but all I get is a black screen with rotating white circles. What's wrong?

Hub doesn't work that way, that is why it doesn't work.

First, click on the footage you want to download. Then, you will see it appearing where you can decide to Insert to Timeline, Add to Project Media or Download. Then look at the lower left of the Vegas window and you will see a blue progress bar on the download.
